Lifting 101
There is no denying that well-defined make any frame looks really good. However, beyond the aesthetics there are functional benefits to lifting. This series, Lifting 101, is designed to provide any person, whether they are 14 and starting high school or 65 and trying to regain some lost range of motion, with proper understanding on how to properly strengthen each muscle group. These posts will not be specific to lifting as the series is meant to encompass performance athletics and nutrition. In this series, I will also be applying physics and biomechanics concepts to other fields and disciplines that are more complex with the goal of simplifying those concepts and teaching you how to think conceptually.
